Can yoga help me lose weight?
Yoga is the right approach to lose weight consistently and permanently. Warm ups rotations works on joints giving it proper mobility and blood circulation. Muscles get activated and starts losing the fat stored there. Asanas gives balance, strength, stability and endurance. Theory works on mind level and clears the emotional weight. So when we work on mind, body and energy, unwanted weight gets reduced.
How can yoga reduce food craving?
Food craving is mainly due to lack of awareness and clarity about proper diet and improper lifestyle management. Yogic principles gives immense clarity about right diet, proper breathe alignment, where and why food cravings arise from.
