YOGA FOR KIDS (10+ years) ONLINE CLASSES
We are happy to open enrollments for meiyogam’s bāla vidhya – Foundation of Life
A dedicated space for children (10+ years) to explore life through Maha Panchabhutas and build awareness on health, body stability, emotions and care for the world around them.
In a time where children are overloaded with information, we wish to give them inner foundation. Through yoga, nature, stories, contemplation and simple practices, we wish children to grow strong inside. This traditional learning supports their self-evolution and happiness.

This is an online session happens every Saturday 5.30-6.30pm IST (Indian Batch).
You can fill this form to enroll or you can also decide after an introduction session happens on March 7th 2026. You can participate along with the child for introduction.
