“Qi Yoga” combines the key elements of traditional Chinese philosophy and yoga practice
This is a workshop focuses on specific massage and breathing techniques that enhances the flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body while also benefiting from the physical and mental aspects of yoga. Age old traditional Bodhiramar techniques are taught in this session.
This session has a blend of two different traditions to create unique practices that suits an individual upliftments. Both Qi and yoga emphasize the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Qi Yoga encourages practitioners to not only focus on physical postures but also to be mindful of the energy flow within the body. This deepens the mind-body awareness and enhances the overall benefits with a structured everyday practice.
